Recipe for La Sticky Sauce
SALSAUCE with La Sticky Sauce
INGREDIENTS
1-part La Sticky Sauce
1 pound of protein of your choice: chicken, pork, ground turkey, tofu, or melody of vegetables and mushrooms
1-part broth (veggie, chicken, beef)
½ bunch of cilantro (chopped)
½ teaspoon honey or agave syrup
¼ to ½ teaspoon salt or as desired
1 Tablespoon oil (for high heat, use Avocado or Grapeseed oil)
DIRECTIONS
Salt and add half of desired sauce to protein and marinate for a minimum of 2 hours and preferably overnight in the refrigerator.
Heat sauté pan, add oil, sear protein and lower heat. Add remaining La Sticky Sauce, broth, and bring saucy mix to a slow boil. Lower heat to simmer, add dry herbs, cover and slow
cook, stirring occasionally. Plate protein, add honey or agave to the pan & reduce sauce to a glaze. Drizzle it over your dish for a Sticky surprise! Garnish dish with cilantro and serve with rice, noodles, maduro or vegetables. Enjoy the sizzle.
